A Journey from Sound to Soundlessness

In this meditation we use sound, breath and hand movements to create inner balance and feel the exchange of energy between yourself and the universe. This meditation creates a harmony between mind & body. We recommended a seated posture on the floor for this meditation. Please have lots of cushions around you so that you can adjust and remain comfortable throughout. Make sure you have enough room & a blanket to lie comfortably in Savasana at the end of the session.
